Oh My Ink – Machines Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Terms (FOB – Free On Board)

All Oh My Ink machines are sold under FOB (Free On Board) Incoterms.

Machine pricing excludes:

- Shipping costs

- Insurance

- Import duties

- Taxes

OMI will coordinate shipment via its appointed international logistics partners (e.g., DHL or equivalent).

All shipping charges displayed at checkout must be fully paid prior to dispatch.

Risk & Title Transfer

Risk and title of the goods transfer to the buyer in accordance with FOB Incoterms once the goods are loaded onto the shipping carrier at the port/place of shipment.

2. Import Responsibility

The Importer of Record (customer or distributor, as applicable) is solely responsible for:

- Import duties and taxes

- Customs clearance

- Compliance with local laws and regulations

- Any permits, certifications, or approvals required in the destination country

While OMI’s logistics partners may assist in facilitating customs procedures, any delays, inspections, or additional charges imposed by local authorities are beyond OMI’s control.

3. Order Processing Time

- All orders are processed within 5 business days (based on Hong Kong working days and public holidays)

- Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or Hong Kong public holidays

- During peak periods or unforeseen circumstances, processing times may be extended

If delays occur, customers will be notified via email.

4. Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates

Hong Kong (Domestic)

- Delivery timeline will be provided upon dispatch

- Usually Estimated 5-7 business days

International Shipping

- Sea Freight: Estimated 40–60 business days

- Air Freight: Estimated 12–18 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary due to factors outside OMI’s control, including weather conditions, customs clearance, or logistics disruptions.

5. Shipping Charges

Shipping fees are:

- Calculated based on destination, size, and shipping method

- Displayed at checkout

- Required to be paid before shipment is arranged

6. Order Tracking

Once shipped, customers will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking details.

Tracking availability may vary depending on the shipping method and destination.

7. Shipping Delays

While OMI strives to meet all estimated delivery timelines, delays may occur due to:

- Customs inspections

- Weather conditions

- Port congestion

- Carrier disruptions

OMI will assist in tracking and communication but cannot guarantee delivery timelines once the shipment is handed over to the carrier.

8. Loss or Damage in Transit

Under FOB terms:

- Risk transfers to the buyer once goods are shipped

- OMI is not liable for loss or damage during transit

However:

- If goods arrive damaged, please contact us immediately with photos

- OMI will assist in claims with the logistics provider where possible

Customers are strongly advised to arrange shipping insurance.

9. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

- OMI is not responsible for deliveries made to incorrect addresses provided by the customer

- If a shipment is returned, reshipping costs will be borne by the customer

Oh My Ink – Temporary Tattoos Shipping Policy



1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days, based on Hong Kong working hours and public holidays. Orders will not be processed or shipped on weekends or Hong Kong public holidays. In the event of high order volumes or unexpected delays, processing times may be extended. If any delays occur, we will promptly notify you via email.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We offer FREE SHIPPING for all domestic orders within the Hong Kong SAR area. The shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 7-14 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and circumstances beyond our control (such as weather delays or postal disruptions).

3. International Shipping

We currently offer international shipping to select countries, with a delivery fee of HK$80 per international order for most countries.

Customers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email that includes tracking information. You can use this information to check the status of your delivery.

5. Shipping Delays

While we strive to deliver your orders within the estimated time frame, there may be delays beyond our control (e.g., weather conditions, postal strikes). In such cases, we will do our best to keep you informed.

6. Lost or Damaged Items

We are not liable for any products that are lost or damaged during shipping. However, if your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

7. Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure that all shipping details are accurate when placing your order. We cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by customers. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment at your expense.
